Hexoskin is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist to become an integral part of our team!

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Clinical Applications Specialist is in charge of supporting and educating Hexoskin clients on how to best use Hexoskin products and solutions in different contexts. The chosen candidate will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team and interact with people throughout the company (biomedical, software, hardware, design). RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be an active ambassador of the Hexoskin products and solutions during the full use cycle, from initial contact to project completion and post-implementation support.
  • Inform & educate prospective and Hexoskin clients about the best monitoring solutions to fulfill their objectives through supporting documentation and scientific information.
  • Develop user guides and documentation to support the user and patient experience.
  • Train new clients on best practices and data interpretation.
  • Support clients in their technical usage of Hexoskin products and solutions.
  • Advise clients on the best technology architecture and data flows to achieve their goals.
  • Support clinical studies and special projects.
  • Disseminates scientific knowledge through different mediums (webinars, short articles & abstracts, white papers).
  • Develop & maintain strong relationships with the Hexoskin community of users, developers, and partners.
  • Attend relevant conferences and trade shows (mostly Canada/US).

COMPETENCIES

  • Flawless English and French written and spoken communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal & presentation skills.
  • A Postgraduate degree is required in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Engineering or a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of cumulated experience in a related medical, research or clinical environment (Cardiology, Respiratory, Sleep or Chronic Diseases).
  • Experience in healthcare, biopharmaceutical, defense, and academic clients a plus.
  • Experience with clinical environments a plus.
  • Experience with a CRM a plus.
  • Rigorous work ethics & customer focus.
